Dr. Tyler Kelleher
Dr. Kelleher was born in San Diego, CA. He spent his childhood growing up in Coronado, across the bridge from downtown San Diego. He knew he wanted to be a veterinarian from an early age and decided to pursue it as a career, with his uncle (also a veterinarian) encouraging and mentoring him along the way.
Dr. Kelleher graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Animal Science in 2010, and went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University in 2014, before returning to his home state of California to begin his career as a veterinarian. He spent a few years practicing in the Chico, CA area while working on both large and small animals, until he decided to move back to Southern California in mid-2017 to be closer to his family.
Dr. Kelleher enjoys seeing a variety of cases, with particular interests in radiology, cardiology, and soft tissue surgery. He is excited to meet you and genuinely looks forward to developing a treatment plan that provides your beloved pet with the best care possible. In his time off, Dr. Kelleher enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serving in different capacities at their church, spending time in the great outdoors, playing softball, reading, and even playing some video games when time permits.
